VETERAN RESOURCE OFFICE
Our certified Veteran Resource Officers are available FIRST AND SECOND FRIDAY EACH MONTH from 10am-3pm. With recent changes instituted by the VA our service officers are no longer able assist Veterans and their families in filing VA Disability Claims, aid and assistance for veterans and spouses in need in home care, nursing home or assisted living, widows benefits and burial benefits. They will however be able to provide information and names and number for accredited VA representatives in the area. They will continue to assist in filing for Kitsap County Veterans Assistance Fund. They are available in person at Vinland Lutheran Church, 2750 NW Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo WA. No appointment is necessary.
